咖啡豆16~18克萃取浓缩咖啡液35~50毫升
椰乳120~160克(自带咸味,整体口感带一点甜味,所以不需额外加糖; 如用椰浆替代椰乳,因椰浆较浓,可椰浆和牛奶按照1:2比例混合)
杯子容量300~350毫升
做法,
杯子里放入冰块
加入厚椰奶和牛奶至八分满
浓缩咖啡液沿着杯边缓缓倒入
