蝦仁去沙線和外層的较腥紅皮,擱點鹽醃味,然後衝乾淨;
可生食的5个雞蛋放鹽、胡椒粉、快樂油和一點點水澱粉打散;1个西紅柿燙一下去皮,切成小丁備用
