材料,
7瓣蒜切薄片
2根小米辣切长条
花椒20粒
10克姜拍成薄片
葱白切薄片
茼蒿1大把洗净根部切去,梗切5厘米段,叶切10厘米段
作法,
油热后葱姜炸至虎皮色捞出
蒜片小米辣下锅炒5秒出香味(可放入肉丝或酱)
放茼蒿梗炒绿放入少量盐,多点蚝油(20克+),少量胡椒粉翻炒出汁
放叶炒几下出锅
炒菜共1分钟左右
