1升沸水加1把盐(面有咸味)煮3人份意面到全熟时间减1分钟
5-6瓣蒜切末,1大把欧芹(parsley)去根切末
Extra Virgin橄榄油加蒜末一些红辣椒片欧青根,开中小火慢慢煸香,约1分钟左右蒜不能焦黑(可在油里加点盐)
去掉欧芹根,加欧芹末搅拌10秒关火
将意面加入锅中,半杯意面水拌匀,一分钟后出锅
