完美煎牛排
材料,
- 一块350克西冷牛排(sirloin steak, 上腰部的脊肉)
- 30克原味黄油
- 2瓣大蒜
- 3把rosemary
- 盐和黑胡椒
作法,
- Rest the steak at room temperature after seasoning (approx 30-45mins)
- Pat dry with a paper towel
- Season with salt and black pepper
- Rub in well
- Oil in a cast-iron skillet on a medium-high heat
- Crush and peel the garlic cloves
- Cook the steak for 4 minutes, turning over every 1 minute 30 seconds
- Medium cooked (60度,2成热)
- Add butter, garlic and rosemary for 2 minutes
- Baste the steak with the melted butter
- Sear the fat
- Leave to rest for 5 minutes
- Season with salt and black pepper
