材料,
干香菇温水泡发切成厚片
青菜菜帮切1厘米宽小段,菜叶切1刀,分别放开
大蒜切末
作法,
油加一点增香猪油.油热后中火爆香蒜末
放入香菇慢慢煸炒10+下炒出香味,可加入泡香菇水再翻炒8下
加入菜帮翻炒8下加入菜叶和适量食盐开大火翻炒均匀至叶面变塌变软
加入蚝油略翻炒出锅
